Security is considered throughout the architecture of Amakio products — access control, data protection, and audit are part of the platform rather than afterthoughts.

Amakio products enforce role-based access control, so that users only see the information they are authorised to access. Authentication and authorisation follow the least-privilege principle.

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls on our systems, and secure handling of data at rest. We review these measures as our systems evolve.

We monitor our systems for potential security incidents and have procedures in place to investigate, contain, and respond to security events. Where an incident affects user or institutional data, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
